Five Ways to Build Trust

Build and grow the trust of your clients using these tips for e-mail marketing:

  • A monthly eNewsletter should contain content specifically related to a theme. Information should speak directly to readers' needs and include what your company can do to provide help. Keep your audience in mind when writing the eNewsletter.

  • Send your eNewsletter consistently, and find the right frequency. Daily e-mails may overload inboxes, and readers will glaze over your content if it is sent too often.

  • Make your eNewsletter content exclusively available to your audience, and let them know that others will not have access to it. Do so by informing them that you want to make your eNewsletters specific to their needs.

  • Carry your e-mail marketing plan through to all social media sites, and make your message unified. Blogs, podcasts, video and mobil marketing should include your logo and have a consistent look and feel.

  • In order to sell, you must serve. Building your business will come from establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. To do so, sell products and services that clients can trust.
